Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how the NudgeLink team (“NudgeLink”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our Services. By using NudgeLink, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Services:

  • Account data — name, email address, company name, billing address, and authentication credentials.
  • LinkedIn profile data — when you connect a LinkedIn account, we access public profile information strictly for the purpose of operating the outreach workflow you configured.
  • Lead data — profile information of leads you target, including public posts and activity, used for scoring and message generation.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the Services, such as pages viewed, features used, and time spent.
  • Payment data — processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Process payments and manage your subscription;
  • Generate AI-powered scoring and outreach messages on your behalf, using the models of our AI providers;
  • Send you administrative messages about your account and the Services;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.

3. How we share your information

We share information with service providers who perform services on our behalf (infrastructure, analytics, customer support, payments, AI model providers). We do not sell your personal data.

We may disclose information if required by law, or in response to valid legal processes such as subpoenas, court orders, or government requests.

4. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data is automatically deleted 90 days after its last use, unless you configure otherwise in your dashboard settings.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you;
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate data;
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations);
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • Objection — object to certain processing activities.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@nudgelink.co.

6. International transfers

NudgeLink operates globally. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS in transit, and strict access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

NudgeLink is a B2B service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Services.
