Conversations with your future clients — without hiring a salesperson
NudgeLink finds the right people on LinkedIn, writes each one a personal message and follows up for you. At a pace that keeps your account safe, in words that don't sound like a bot.

How it works
From “who should we talk to?” to replies in your inbox
We find and check every person
NudgeLink finds people on LinkedIn, reads each profile and rates how well they fit your ideal client, with the reason in plain words. Only good fits get contacted.
Warm up before the ask
Before the invite, NudgeLink visits the profile and may like or comment on a recent post, so your name isn't new to them. A comment waits for your OK like any message.
Send the connection invite
A short invite note is written for each person. By default it waits in your approval queue and goes out only after you approve it.
Open with a first message
Once they accept, the first message written for them goes out from your own LinkedIn account, after your OK by default. NudgeLink follows up politely, stops the moment they reply and brings every reply into one inbox, sorted: interested, question, not now.
Hi Thomas, I read your post about how hard it is to find time for sales at a software house when the whole team is busy with client projects. It was much the same for us. Who handles first contact with new clients on your side right now?
Personalization
Messages that get answered
Each message mentions something real about the person, like a post, a new role or their company's news, and asks one easy question. No hard sell: you choose how direct the first message is, from an easy question to a soft call ask. Every edit you make teaches it to write more like you.
Full control
Nothing happens without your OK
You stay in control: by default, nothing is sent until you approve it. Every message waits for you with the reasons it was written that way. Approve it, edit it or skip it. Auto-send is an opt-in setting, for when you trust what it writes.
Why it works
Fewer, better conversations — not mass messages
Only people who fit
Every person gets a fit rating with the reason in plain words: what matches your ideal client and what doesn't. Poor fits are skipped before anyone is contacted, so your name only reaches the right people.
Safe for your LinkedIn account
A new account starts slowly: 8 invitations a day, rising to 14 (on the default Safe pace, never more than about 100 a week), the pace of a real person. Sending runs on secure servers with a fixed address near you, not a browser plugin on your laptop. Add more accounts, a partner's or a salesperson's, and each gets its own safe pace.
One monthly price, no surprises
Plans from $55 a month, covering about 203 fully handled contacts. When you reach your plan's limit, sending pauses until next month: no extra bills and no fee per reply.

New in October
LinkedIn, email and your CRM, in one sequence
- Scale plan, beta
Scout: people beyond LinkedIn search
Finds the right person at companies across the public web and matches them to a real LinkedIn profile. You review the list first.
- All paid plans
HubSpot sync
Leads become HubSpot contacts and companies, every message and reply is logged on the contact's timeline, a positive reply can open a deal in the pipeline you choose, and email opt-outs stay in step both ways.
- Growth and Scale
Email from your own mailbox
Add two short emails to a LinkedIn sequence, sent from your Gmail, Outlook or IMAP mailbox and written for each person. A reply on either channel stops both, and opt-outs take effect at once.
- Every plan, including the trial
Run NudgeLink from your AI assistant
Ask Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant about your leads, campaign results and replies, find people and draft messages in your voice. It deliberately can't send anything, so approval stays with you.

Who it's for, and who it isn't
A good fit if
- You sell to other businesses, and your buyers are on LinkedIn
- You don't have a full-time salesperson, or your salespeople have no time to prospect
- You want fewer, better conversations, not thousands of messages
- You can answer an interested person within a day
Not the right tool if
- You sell to consumers
- You want to send thousands of invitations a week
- You want a bot that replies and books meetings on its own
- Your LinkedIn account is brand new or restricted right now
